A Fine Tradition

Young Author’s Day is an Eastgate Elementary tradition. This year's 23rd Annual Young Author's Day is scheduled for Friday, April 27, 2012.

Eastgate has set aside a special day for students to celebrate the skill and art of writing. Through a grant from Bellevue Schools Foundation, Eastgate Elementary PTA will be hosting Margaret Read MacDonald this year. Students will be introduced to Margaret MacDonald’s work and have an opportunity to write and share their own story.
