Each child in Ms. Clark's 3rd grade class created their own colorful glass fish for this very special platter. Brightly colored sharks, iridescent jelly fish, blue eels, and fish of all colors, shapes and sizes swim around the blue and clear glass background. The kids worked with local artist Connie Wallsworth to create this stunning fused glass piece. The platter could be hung on a wall or placed as a centerpiece or on a shelf. 20 inches in diameter. The students formed the word "dream" with their bodies in the black and white photo of their class. The artwork that borders the photo is a series of tiles created by each student, representing their dreams for the world. They made pictures about peace and friendship and visions of a green/clean planet. They also put their dreams into words and have bound those pages for the lucky winner to keep too!
